Cancer is a term used to describe more than one hundred diseases. Some types of cancer are cured via chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Other types do not have a cure yet. Cancer can also be suppressed with drugs that are extracted from plants. Apricot kernel extract is a great example of such drugs. you know:http://www.nfextracts.com/, It is used to treat cancer patients. The extract is removed from the apricot kernel, which is the inner portion of the apricot fruit's seed. Taken by mouth or via an injection, apricot kernel is used to treat cancer despite safety concerns.
Laetrile or B17 component
Laetrile or B17 is the active component in the apricot kernel extract. Discovered in 1952 by Dr. Ernst Krebb,Jr, a biochemist who lived in San Francisco, B17 or laetrile is removed from a compound called amagdylin. It is in more than one thousand, two hundred edible plants. Nevertheless, apricot kernels have the highest amount of amagdylin. The tough pit of the kernel seed must be broken first to access the soft apricot kernels. Amagdylin is then purified to remove laetrile.
Amagdylin
It is grouped among nitriolosides, which are hard to classify because they are not foods but are found in foods. Amagdylin looks like vitamin B complex in terms of structure, explaining why Dr. Ernst Krebb decided to call it B17. In those days there were only sixteen types of B complex vitamins and so Amagdylin became the seventeenth one. To make sure that laetrile was non-toxic; the doctor injected himself with it. With further lab experiments using cultures and animals, Dr. Krebb discovered that laetrile would be an effective cancer cure. Although apricot kernel extract laetrile is not an FDA approved drug for cancer, there are have been incredible testimonies and stories from cancer survivors who got healed because of chewing apricot seeds only.
Seeds are the tiny and soft almond-shaped kernels with a bitter taste. They are removed from inside the pits. If you get hold of the seeds themselves you can remove the soft kernels and eat them. Ever since the banning of the laetrile as the cure for cancer by the FDA in 1971, people decided to eat the seeds instead. Resuming our discussion on Amagdylin, it consists of glucose with both cyanide and benzaldyhide. Both substances are toxic when they exist as pure molecules. As mentioned above, amagdylin is in other edible foods. But why doesn't cyanide in these foods' amagdylin cause any harm? It is because cyanide is usually locked and stuck in another molecule instead of being a pure and free molecule.
But an enzyme called rhodanese is used to catalyze and bind free cyanide molecules to sulfur. The bound cyanide is then changed to a cyanate, a neutral substance that can be exited from the body though urine without causing harm to healthy and normal body cells. Cancer cells are abnormal though, and they contain an exclusive enzyme called beta-glucosidase. It is an unlocking enzyme for the locked amagdylin molecules. When this enzyme unlocks amagdylin, it frees both benzaldyhide and cyanide molecules that result to a poisonous reaction that destroys the cancer cells. It does so without destroying the healthy body cells.
Most modern people prefer apricot seeds to chemotherapy as the latter damages even the healthy cells. Chemotherapy is also very expensive and it is known to lower the patient's immune system. Those who have cancer are advised to undergo chemotherapy as they continue to consume their apricot seeds extract in order to obtain high amounts of B17/laetrile on a daily basis. The more B17 you take the higher the chances that the amagdylin will access your cancer cells with the enzyme beta-glucosidase.
A few of the amagdylin will meet the enzyme rhodanese and get neutralized by the healthy cells. Therefore more and more of it is needed each day. Studies show that cancer patients who decide to start their laetrile therapies early enough survive eighty-five percent of the time while those who seek conventional medicine therapy survive fifteen percent of the time.
How to consume extract from apricot kernel
If you want to take kernel seeds to prevent cancer, the recommended daily dose is one or two of one hundred milligram tablets. If eating seeds, seven to ten are okay per day. Note that kernels/seeds are bitter tasting and so you should force yourself to chew them. On the other hand, a cancer victim should take up to ten 500 milligram tablets per day for the first thirty days. After that they can take one to three tablets per day. A nauseous feeling is possible when eating seeds or taking tablets. The solution is to take a small amount many times a day.
