Great leaders come from different demographic characteristics. The question is: Do great leaders have common traits?
Based on my research, I believe, great leaders must possess the following characteristics.


؉Risk ? Taking
Leaders take calculated risk. Risk-taking is what separates them from followers who are generally afraid to take risks..

؉Consistency
Leaders are consistent on positions. They do not change positions if public views change

؉Decision ? Making
Leaders make decisions based on information available. They only change their decision if they acquire new information, not because they rethought everything. That is why they are consistent.

؉Communication Skills
Great leaders are great communicators. They can express their positions in a way that is easily understood by most people.

؉People Skills
Good Leaders are very good with people and have excellent people skills. The best leaders can make people do what they want them to do. They need this skill to delegate work and ensure its completion to the best of everyone's ability.
