One should write content keeping in mind the theme of the site and the readers’ perceptions and contribution. The fourth criterion is usability. Usability determines how user friendly the web site is. There should not be excessive graphics used, navigation should be easy, the right plugins should be used and there should be no broken links. Commercially speaking, usability determines the economic viability of the web site. For example, the main image on the web site should clearly define and convey the corporate image of the site.
Finally, the web site should be a mirror image of the company. A
cheap and best website can define the company’s goals and objectives in a professional and concise manner. It will determine the company’s financial standing and overall reputation in the industry.
