This are often drilled horizontally for water features as Slate looks very attractive when wet. Monoliths are also available in Limestone, Sandstone and Granite.
• Millwheels are a traditional stone feature and it is possible to obtain both new Millwheels produced for use as a feature and reclaimed Millwheels, now obsolete for there original purpose of grinding wheat. Reclaimed Millwheels are unique pieces which have added traditional character due to there age and weathering of the Stone.
All of these beautiful Stone Garden Features vary in cost between £100 and £1000 depending on material and manufacturing costs. The most and expensive and exclusive of Stone Features include Sandstone Rotundas and Well-heads, these grandiose features start at around £5000 +.
