Since the society is full of rat race everywhere, we are under deep pressure from both our work and life. Stress and anxiety triggers the release of cortisol(a hormone that that raises blood pressure and blood sugar), which in turn causes insomnia or sleep deprivation and may eventually lead to poor beauty problems.

One of the first signs of aging is the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in the skin around the eyes. The skin in eyes areas is thinner than on the rest of the body making it more vulnerable to any kind of damages caused by exposure to the ultra violet rays in sunlight or the heavy pressure.

We are always exposed our not young ages easily by our eyes even we are in colorful and chic clothing. As we grow older so our eyes tell much than ever that we are not young any more. What can we do to solve this serious problem becomes one of women’s beauty issues since everywoman would face one day.

Firstly, keep to a healthy diet containing plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and be sure to exercise regularly, it doesn’t have to be strenuous but keep to a routine.

Secondly, eye beauty is crucial for our daily needs. We should take eyelash and eye shadow tips into our serious consideration, here are some tips:

Protect eyelash

Take off all eye makeup thoroughly at night with a gentle specific eye makeup remover

Never pull at your lashes while removing makeup.

Use something such as mascara or caster oil sparingly and never allow it to create ugly looking clumps which could tear the lashes from their roots. Using eyelash curlers can make a great deal of difference to the look of your eyes by opening up then look bigger. However, be careful not to use curlers on newly mascara lashes or they could get stuck to the curlers with disastrous results.

Choose shadows that make the color of your eyes pop

Eye shadow can work wonders to camouflage flaws in eyes. Start with a natural concealer that matches your skin tone, or use a primer. This will give you the smoothest, longest-lasting coverage. For basic eyes, use the lightest shade of shadow from the lash line to the brow line. Use a medium shade on the lid and a third color along the lash line and outer corner of your eyes. You can also use that third color in the crease of your eye to add depth, as long as it is the darkest of the three shades. When applying dark shadow to the crease of your eye, be careful to blend only on the outside edge. Get to close to the eye and you'll cause your eyes to look teeny and beady. A dot of white shadow or pencil on the inside of the eye near the tear duct will make eyes look brighter.

Matching the color of your eye shadow with your skin

Fair skin: You can wear most eye shadow colors, but keep them in the lighter shades, especially for daytime wear. If your hair is dark, you can go with slightly darker eye shadow colors. Medium plums, purples, lavenders, greens or blues all work, but line your eyes with the same color as your shadow.

Dark skin: Try eye shadow that is one shade lighter than your skin tone. Try using a shadow with gold or silver flecks of shine. If you prefer a little more color, use deep shades of purple or burgundy and line the eye with dark colors.
