It has been found that people who are in a habit of eating quickly are three times more vulnerable to be overweight, than people who are slow eaters. People should know the difference between weight loss and fat loss. For many of us around, it means the same. But it is very important to understand the vital difference. Our body comprises of two elements. One is fat weight and second is fat free weight. Fat weight comprises of the actual fat, i.e. the adipose tissue on our body, and the fat free weight constitutes muscles, blood tissues and the other organs. Thus we need to concentrate upon reducing the fat weight and NOT the fat free weight, which comprises of vital organs of our body.

The much hyped and excessively advertised products available in the market usually tend to disproportionate this fat free weight of our body, which causes several ailments or side effects in the long run. Thus in order to cut fat fast , we should never compromise on the seriousness of first analyzing and understanding the weight loss methods or diet control therapies, so that we preserve our health and achieve the objective to have a fit and sound body.


Diet management is one of the most important elements in fat control. We should concentrate a lot upon protein intake and avoid consuming carbohydrates.

We should avoid long gap between meals, as it reduces the quantity of intake at one go which helps us maintain the metabolism rate.

Another way of burning the extra fat is to practice team sports, through certain community or membership programs. The physical activities involving going to market on foot, or cleaning the work place, bending and stretching or even dancing, would help in reducing the weight.

So if you want to cut the fat fast follow the following tips.

With an immediate effect stop consuming sugar in any form. Avoid it in milk, tea, coffee, ice creams candy, i.e. to say a big NO to all sweat dishes around.

Avoid using carbohydrates as in potatoes, pulses or dry fruits and focus more on green and leafy vegetables.
Consume lots of water and avoid alcohol.
Exercise regularly and manage your weight loss, rather than focusing only on building or toning body.
Start jogging or rather a brisk walk would also support a lot in your fat loss program
Dancing for thirty minutes to your favorite tune, would also help you get energetic and reduce weight.
Be active, and always be inclined to do lots of physical activities.
Avoid using vehicle for short distance transportation. A walk to a near by store, would help you shop and mange your weight simultaneously.
Cycling is surely good exercise. If we cannot cycle for transportation, we can at least cycle at our residential colony or a near by park for thirty odd minutes. It will really increase the metabolism rate and will be a very effective way to reduce fat.

It is rightly said that ‘health is better than speed’. So in an effort to reduce weight fast, one must not forget the health aspect. Eating healthy and regular exercising are the key factors that can be helpful in reducing weight and maintaining it at that.
