1. When you make your first sale, follow-up with the customer. You could follow-up with a "thank you" email and include an advertisement for similar products you sell. You could follow-up with them regularly. The goal is to begin building a relationship with your customers so you want to keep in constant contact with them.

2. You could up sell to your customers. When they're at your order page, let them know about a any extra related products you may have for sale. They could add it to their original order.

3. Inform your customers that if they refer four customers to your site, they will be entitled to a full rebate of their purchase price. This will turn one sale into three sales.


4. When you sell a product, make sure your customers are aware of your affiliate program and that they can in return earn commissions from selling your product. This again will explode your potential sales from just one customer.

10. Always try and send out freebies, coupons anything to get them to come back to you. These freebies should have your ad printed on them. You could have bumper stickers, ball caps, or t-shirts etc.

As I said, they are easy to start using, but the potential results could be a substantial increase your conversion rate which is your goal. It is extremely important to make your customer or prospect feel as thou they are special and always try to provide them with additional value-added items that will keep them coming back.
