Development in any field is important because it shows how effective and efficient a person is in his area. Today it is necessary for a firm ,individual to be well managed and equipped with all necessary . MBA Institutes and the quality of leadership and the capacity to motivate people to work in order to achieve clearly defined objective. It involves taking a decision based on some figures and facts.

There are 5 functions on which management runs on:
1.PLANNING
2.ORGANISING
3.STAFFING
4.DIRECTING
5.CONTROLING

These five functions are five pillars of management or we can say without the use of these function, management word is not complete.

Nowadays business activity has become very dynamic and every firm require a professional who can learn or handle the business activity with full confidence. In a small company, owner takes the management responsibility ,while in large organization management function is given to qualified hierarchy of professional .These managers must be highly qualified in their own areas. There should be hierarchy in which work should be carried on namely:


1. LOWER LEVEL MANAGEMENT
2. MIDDLE LEVEL MANAGEMENT
3. TOP LEVEL MANAGEMENT


1.Lower Level Management: lower level employees are those who work in mines and factories. The whole production process depends on these men or labour. These work are carried in a very systematic way so that damage is very minimum. In present scenario every company follows six sigma approach. so that there is not much waste. The supervisor is the incharge of this department and he is responsible for the damage done in his department.
Many BBA Institutes by company and they are trained under the supervisor who teaches them how work is carried on in a systematic way. It is important for the company to provide the congenial atmosphere in which work can be carried on.


2. Middle Level Management: Middle level management are those who are divisional or branch managers, personal managers, accounts managers, sales managers which form the middle level management in a firm. They are link between those assisting them and the senior managers. If a lower level management is having any problem or grievances regarding salary, job profile the supervisor can directly get in touch with the middle level management or transfer the query to them. From there the proposal is forwarded to the higher authority. The decision making has to be proactive because any delay will hamper the production process .


3. Top Level management: The Senior management holds the key position . The top level management consists of Director, Ceo ,Vice president. These people are the decision makers and problems solvers. What they decide or implement in the organization all the others have to follow that. They are responsible for formulating policies ,development activities and also make suitable recruitment and selection . They represents the organization in a bigger picture. Any decision or changes must be passed by them.


Be it any field From Junior most position to higher position you require management everywhere.
