One of the biggest shortfalls with mega-size businesses is their inability to wrap their arms around the needs of the huge amount of customers they serve on a daily basis. This creates a challenge for management when it comes to finding out how to better serve their most important asset, The Customer.

Getting in tune with the customer is as important as a Retail Store Manager keeping merchandise on the store shelves. Management is always looking to increase their profit margin. To accomplish this, what must they do? Yes, you guessed it - get more customers to spend more money. To increase their bottom line, it is critical that management know a few important things about the people who purchase products and/or services from their business. Would it be great to know what the customer's shopping experience was like?

The paradigm and dynamics of operating the business seldom afford management time to ask those important questions. Questions such as:
· How long did you shop?
· Did you find everything you were looking for?
· Were the prices of the product and/or service affordable?
· How was the selection?
· Were the items organized, arranged, or categorized properly?
· Were items placed logically throughout the store?
· Were the Associates courteous?
· Were you able to navigate with ease using the online purchase?
· Was the site user-friendly?
· What's your age group?
· Income Level? Etc

Surely you've seen store receipts asking you to call their 1-800 number or go online to complete a survey and take a chance at winning a prize - or better yet, a $5000 shopping spree right there in the store or online. Well, tell me, how many of you really spend the time to complete the survey? How much fun can that be, especially since your odds of winning are probably worst than winning the jackpot in Vegas. Plus if you were like most people, you would rather spend your precious time completing surveys that will definitely put money in your pocket. Now that's a survey anyone would be more than happy to complete - not a long shot, but more likely - a sure shot.

Well, this is you Blessed Day. These big companies have grown to the point where they need to hear from you. They are willing to pay you well for your opinions and letting them know what you think about their product and/or service. Many people are making a living at this exciting business.
Would you like to make up to $75/Survey or up to$150 for participating in an online focus group? Do you enjoy watching DVDs or going to the movies? OK, how about making up to $35 watching Movie Trailers online?
