The new milestone from the company is said to be the major improvements over the past Fennec Betas.

The new Fennec 1.0 Beta 3 for Maemo features major improvements in the performance and a fancy new theme. The company has made big improvements to kinetic panning and also added the ability to scroll iframes.

Mozilla adopted valuable feedback from the existing testers and added more robust themes, taking advantage of various queries to support devices, orientations and platforms in the next Windows Mobile release.

The next Beta version of Fennec 1.0 is an integral part of an engagement effort aimed at all Mozilla community teams, testers and Web developers to test drive the release and provide their valuable feedback.

According to the company, the new software comes with overhauled scrolling for great speed, revamped visual theme for the browser and with expanded tile caching abilities. Also, it will support kinetic panning with directional locking with a new level of quality for zooming support, while allowing users to navigate iframes via scrolling.
