It is normal for a person to feel sad or worried sometimes. After all we have children, bills, our parents are getting older, jobs that does not satisfy our needs and our health is getting worse with each day. This is all natural and probably unavoidable at the same time.

There are some people who cry over a movie, or a sad commercial. A drop of anxiety or depression in our life is part of it.

But when all of the sudden day after day you are sad or worried and these feelings saturate your mind, then this is not something that could be called normal. Then there is quite a big chance that you are suffering from what is called depression or anxiety disorder.

There are hundreds of different quizzes and tests that you can find online that will help you to understand how anxiety and depression has a deep impact in your life. And once you start to understand what is going on in your life, you can start to think and act on it to change your life for the better.


The sad thing is, some people tend to get paranoid over these test results. You have to be courageous, and accept the fact if you think you really have an anxiety disorder.

On the other hand, if your anxiety and depression symptoms are numerous and your life seems to be slipping out of control, the best thing to do is to consult your physician and/or mental health professional. The online tests are just ways to help you realize if you have this condition, but nothing beats professional advice.
