Did you see the late night infomercial on the Ab Circle Pro? Did you hear from a friend about this machine? Considering the last couple of years and ab "gadgets" I wondered if this was something different. Could this be the best ab machine? This is a short review of the Ab Circle Pro. After all the last couple of years with these types of exercise programs has had a failing mark.
Could this exercise be different? To answer that we must look at this piece of equipment. A first glance you start to see how this could possibly give you a good workout. You move from side to side and use your abs to do it. The host on the infomercial says that you also get a cardio workout at the same time.
A cardio workout and an exercise to get a rid of love handles is the best of both worlds. Right? This has to be the best ab machine there is. What could possibly be wrong with this program?
I feel the same as you. The wanting for a flatter tummy. The ability to fit into "those" pair of jeans you love so much. I have felt this same feeling but buying this machine may not give you the results you are looking for.
There are problems with the Ab Circle Pro.
1) This machine does not work for everyone. Your height, weight and range of mobility can make using this product uncomfortable, frustrating and annoying. This machine is not built for everyone of every size.
2) The equipment only focuses on the midsection of the body only. If you are overweight you are not going to burn the pounds off like the infomercials make it seem. You have to consider that the people on TV having been going to the gym and working out for years. This product did not solely give them a perfect looking body.
3) The vitamins that this program sells cost $29.95. This is a very smart marketing tactic but you can buy the same type of vitamins at a drug store for a few dollars.
4) The cost is around $200. A heavy price tag for a small piece of equipment.
5) Work out for only three minutes a day? You will not get a cardio workout for only using this machine 3 minutes a day. This is simply not true. A good cardio workout requires a longer period of time.
As you can see from the review above, this may not be the best ab machine to buy. It has it's problems and the infomercials do push some claims a bit much. Now lets take a second and think back to why you are here.
