All loans are secured by way of a first charge over the subject site/property which will need to be Freehold or long leasehold.
We can provide development financing for partnerships or any other UK registered legal entity. When we are lending to limited companies we will require the Directors to guarantee the facility.

New build schemes - we will usually fund 50% of the acquisition and 100% of the construction costs. This is typically 75-80% of the total project costs.
Refurbishments / conversions - we will usually fund 65% of the acquisition and 100% of the costs of work
Bridging - we will usually fund 65% of the value.
Facilities are set up for between 6-12 months and are renewable.
Minimum facility - £100,000.
