There are several negative attitudes which will give false expectations and ultimately lead to failure in any business opportunity. One is the expectation to achieve wealth quickly with little or no effort or investment. Time and investment are essential in making money at home, whether online or offline. Give yourself some time to get yourself established. Once a business is growing, then money can come quickly, but not before. Another problem can be laziness or procrastination. Expecting results without work doesn't work. The problem comes in because a person working from home is self-employed and there's no boss to answer to. No one except yourself, that is. Learn to be accountable just as you would to a boss if you were an employee. Otherwise laziness and procrastination can kill your dreams. One other dream destroyer is the fear of failure or just plain fear itself. It's natural to have a little fear of the unknown. Fear will show up whenever trying something new. Doing a home based business is no different. Be careful not to let fear get the best of you. And don't be afraid to fail once in a while too. Remember that none of us are perfect. Learn from failure and then move on.
Many folks never succeed in working from home because they have false expectations. They expect results without effort and then fail. Or they're afraid and never get started in the first place. Doing your homework, taking command and being responsible are all necessary elements in succeeding in any business. Like the saying goes, "Just Do It!"
