Whilst there are a number of means, the easiest and fastest way to lose weight is through exercise. Within a few days, you would be able to lose weight and be delighted with the results.

The simplest and fastest way to lose weight is through uphill walking. This is why lots of people decide to walk to shed their kilos. Nevertherless, the main reason why those that do such walking don't manage to lose a lot of weight is because they usually walk on flat ground rather than an uphill slope. So there is no force being exerted by the body.

An incline slope of a about 10 - 15 degrees does have a massive difference when walking. It only takes a 15 minute walk on such an angle. If you could add another 5 minutes to your walk it would be the fastest way to lose weight.


Why does incline walking make such a difference compared to just walking on flat ground

The main difference between walking along an inclined slope or on a flat surface is that you have to it takes much more effort, which in turn makes you to breathe in a lot of oxygen. This is mainly due to the fact that there is a huge oxygen shortage that is created as a result of incline walking. Simply put, the heavier you breathe, the the greater weight loss you will achieve.

Walking on a flat surface is sufficient to maintain your weight at the present level or just want to remain active and healthy but an inclined slope is required for achieving weight loss.

Another for making inclined walking better is to try and run for short distances if you are upto doing it for at least for a minimum of 10 seconds. Short sprints like this is of value as you are able to burn higher calories and produce the "AfterBurn" effect. This afterburn effect is in effect the fat burning down capability of the body. Even after you stop running the body is able to burn offfat for at least 18 more hours.
