Although there are a lots of means, the easiest and fastest way to lose weight is by excersing. Within a couple of weeks, you would be able to lose weight and be pleased with the weight loss.

The simplest and fastest way to lose weight is achieved by uphill walking. This is why many folk choose to walk to shed their kilos. All the same, the main reason why those that do such walking can't seem to lose a lot of weight is because they walk on flat ground instead of an uphill slope. So there is no pressure being exerted by the body.

An incline slope of a about 10 - 15 degrees does make a massive difference when walking. The effort required involves a 15 minute walk on such an inclination. By adding a little as a few minutes to your incline walk would be the fastest way to lose weight.

What makes incline walking so effective in losing weight?

The primary difference between walking on an inclined slope or on a flat plain is that you have to expend more energy, which in turn makes you to breathe in much more oxygen. This is chiefly due to the fact that there is a huge oxygen deficit that is created as a result of walking. Simply put, the heavier you breathe, the the greater your chance of losing weight.

Walking on a level ground is efficient if you want to maintain your current weight or just want to remain active and healthy but an inclined slope is needed for achieving weight loss.

Another point of value for making uphill walking more beneficial is to try and run for short distances if you are able to do so for at least for a minimum of 10 secs. Short sprints such as this is very useful as you are able to burn higher calories and produce the "AfterBurn" effect. This afterburn effect is basically the fat burning off capacity of the body. Even after you running the body is able to burn fat for at least eighteen more hours.
