The most important facts

Honda HRV is a mini SUV produced by Japanese manufacturer Honda from 1999 until 2006. The abbreviation HRV means High Rider Vehicle in Japan and Hybrid Recreation Vehicle in Europe. At first, only 3-door models were produced, but later also 5-door models were introduced. The HRV model is equipped with gearbox with continuously variable transmission. Strangely enough, there is a room for just four persons, but there are three rear seatbelts what suggests that the vehicle is meant for five persons at one time. Since safety was the priority of its designers, its body shell minimises the impact on passengers in case of the car crash. The driving of Honda HRV is supposed to be fun, therefore, the model is called Joy Machine.
