If you are in MLM, recruiting is probably the biggest area you need help in improving in. You probably already understand the warm market approach and understand that this method does work if done properly. Another method is the cold market where you talk to people you don't know and transform them into warm. There is 250,000 people coming into MLM every month.

I'm going to answer these two questions in this article.

Why are they not coming into your business?

Do you have a sales system in place to capture some of these people joining new companies?

They may not be coming into your business in large quantities for one of two reasons. You and your team are not reaching nearly the amount of numbers you need to be. This business like any other takes large numbers to have success since 95% of people won't join your opportunity.


The second reason is that your tactics and strategies are not persuasive and they don't sell. There's no way around it. MLM is sales and you need to learn how to market effectively if you want to stay around for the long term.

Are you just handing people your business card in hopes that they will look at it and be interested in your business? You need to have a proper sales funnel that takes a prospect from point A to point B effectively without your involvement so that you can focus only on the serious players. Sound good doesn't it? I don't waste my time with people that aren't really looking to make $3-5,000 month in their business and neither should you. You need to stay away from those people who have a job mentality and find business owners. There are millions in the US that would love a business model like network marketing.


Solution:

Take massive action. You have time or money like everyone else. Use one or both of these assets to invest in your business.

Don't waste your time with tire kickers. It's a rookie mistake. Sort fast!
