1) CRUNCHES - Lie Down on an even surface. Make sure that your knees are bent. Now raise your upper body.

3) REVERSE CURL - Stretch out yourself on the flat surface. You must bend your knees towards the chest, but the hips must be on the floor.

4) CAPTAINS CHAIR - Sit around on a rough chair. Your arms must grasp the armrests. Now raise your knees nearer the chest. Your back must be straight and never use your muscular tissues of the neck.

5) FLUTTER KICKS - Place yourself on the ground and bend your knees. Keep your feet flat. Make your legs straight and raise the legs alternatively to a 90 degree angle.
