Brain memory improvement is a hot topic with many people all over the world searching the internet for information and techniques on how they can improve their memory and help themselves to remember things much more easily. The main problem is that there is so much information out there, you can hit overload and it's difficult to sift through the dirt to find the gold.

This is why I have created this article which outlines the simplest and the best methods to improve your brain memory. These methods are some of the simplest, yet highly effective techniques you can use because they help to really strengthen your neural pathways in your brain, and this in turn allows for easier and greater memory. So, here we go:

1.) Spatial Awareness Exercises

These are pretty good fun and are a great for brain memory improvement. Spatial awareness exercises are where you are shown a 3-D shape and then next to it you have 3 or 4 two dimensional templates for that shape - i.e. image the shape 'unfolded' into a flat template and you get the idea of what I mean.

Your job is then to use your spatial awareness to work out which 2D template would fold up to make the 3D shape. This is a great exercise that really challenges the parts of your brain that you want to be exercising.

2.) Mental Arithmetic

Maths has always been good for the mind, but when it comes to improving your memory, it is almost second to none. Mental arithmetic (i.e. doing math problems in your head) is a superb way to fire up your neural pathways and make them stronger and better than ever before - and this will lead to a greater memory.

The arithmetic can be any sort of mathematics, as long as it's worked out all in your head - it's all good for improving your memory. The Nintendo DS brain training software is very good for this, but will cost a bit of money. The internet will have tons of lower cost options as alternatives.

3.) Super Tip - 'Practice Remembering'

Now this might sound a bit obvious, but if you combine this tip with the first 2 then you will be well on your way to improving your memory dramatically.

There really is no better way to improve memory than to practice it. How you do this is entirely up to you - choose something that sounds intertesting to you so that it will help you enjoy it better. For example, this could be shuffling a pack of playing cards and working on memorising the order of more and more of them each time you do it. You could memorise famous people in a particular magazine - anything that requires you to practice actually memorising things and in sequence.

If you work on this regularly, the you will soon be remembering more things, much more quickly and easily then you ever could before. Try it, it works wonders.

Are you tired of not being able to remember everything you want to? Don't worry, you're not alone and it doesn't have to be that way. You can easily improve your memory, you just need to right techniques to achieve this. So if you really want to improve your memory, visit 'How Can I Improve Memory Skills' and you too can finally achieve the memory that you have always wanted with detailed, step-by-step instructions and techniques!
