Ingredients

2 eggs, 1/2 cup minced pork, 3 shallots (finely chopped), 2 tablespoons minced shrimp, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon palm sugar

Preparation

Fly eggs until the edges turn golden brown and the yolks are well cooked. Left out of the pan and drain the oil.

Fry minced shallots in sizzling hot oil until they turn crispy brown and remove form heat

Fry minced pork in the sizzling oil. Stir-fry the pork until it begins to cock. Add cooked minced shrimp and mix together well. Season with fish sauce and palm sugar (add some boiled water if the mixture is too dry).

Top fried eggs with cooked minced pork and shrimp. Spice it up with fried shallots. And there you are... another tasty egg dish for everyone to davor.
