If you are working in other industries, even in the medical industry, if you are not a doctor, then it is likely that call center agents will have a higher paycheck than yours. Another great compensation that is always attached to call center jobs is medical benefit. Philippine contact center job is complete without it. Contact agents are susceptible to a host of diseases because of the nature of the work.

Disadvantages
The call center agent lives a very different kind of life from the rest. Call center agents are nighthawks. They forced to sleep during the day and wake up during the night. This can be taxing for some people. Not everyone can handle this kind of lifestyle. There are many drawbacks to working night shifts. For one thing, you will not be able to keep in touch a lot with your friends who have normal schedules since you might have shifts on Sundays or Saturdays and your free time will probably not coincide with theirs. As what was mentioned earlier, there is a significant health disadvantage to being a call center agent because you will be going against your body’s natural circadian rhythm. People who have serious heart problems should not even consider applying as a agent in call centers.
