For many years I have centered my writing on the every day absurdities of life.

You know, making the not so funny humorous because it always beats getting all in a dither about locking yourself out of the car in the rain and you wouldn't have had your hubby remembered to leave the extra key for you? I have always had this tongue-in-cheek way of seeing things and sharing them with others -humor is good. Besides, when that actually happened, it was a good opportunity to grab some shampoo and wash my hair.

During those same years, I was doing what all new (and persistent) network marketers do which is following every "guru" who "trust me" knew all there was to know about making money online. It was true...they made a lot of money and I spent more than I made.

The epiphany came one day when I found myself taking a breath long enough to go back and examine my basic roots. As the only daughter in a small town retail family, business wasn't all that complicated. My father ran his business on fairness, excellent customer service, cost-effective merchandise to fill someone's need and, above all, we were required to do everything with honesty. Simple and effective business principles that kept our family business going for a total of over 100 years between Grandpa Hamilton and my dad - known as R.A.

So, duh, what had I been doing spending time and hard-earned money trying to "Get rich while you sleep", "Follow this plan and you WILL NOT FAIL!"? It was a case of living through some very weak moments....okay, years of "moments".

But, along the way, we all learn and I learned a lot. Marketing online isn't easy. It does take work and much of our success will depend on what tools we use, what the product site offers as tools and where we use those tools.

One of the biggest and most important lessons I have learned is that I can't just put up a "SALE" flyer in the store window or publish it in the small local paper any more. That doesn't work online. What does work? Video. Bar none, video ads have the highest conversion rate of any type of ad. Not those half hour videos that put us to sleep, but videos that are concise, to the point, have some music in the background that inspires dancing in the office chair and visuals that grab the attention and keep it.

So, what does that all have to do with my headline? A lot. I don't know why, but I insist on at least glancing through my junk mail to make sure I'm not missing a new verification link if I sign up for something. That's when it all happened.

For years I have never clicked on a link in any e-mail that wound up in my S*PA*M folder. No...no...no...for so many obvious reasons. I can't tell anyone to this day what caught my eye (obviously something in the subject line I guess), but I opened this e-mail and that's all she wrote.

What I found was this amazingly easy-to-use, cost-effective, eye-catching program to create your own video from any written content you want to use. I could, in fact, convert this article to video if I chose to do so without so much as my own camera, mic, photos, backgrounds, music or anything else. I don't even have to do the narration myself and nobody has to suffer through looking at me using the camera unless I choose to use it. In short, no experience is necessary.

There is a 14-Day Free Trial and there is every reason to use it to see what Article Video Robot can do for you. Convert your articles (or portions of them)- just cut and paste and place them on 17 of the top social video sites with the click of one button with the Power Package and the Business Package. Place a trial video on your Facebook site as well as others to see how it works.

Not only can you convert articles and blogs, or teaser portions of them to lead readers to your main blog or article site, but use this for creating ads that kick your promotions up a notch. Heck, you can even upload your favorite family photos, wedding pics, it's absolutely the easiest way to present your "How-To" or "Step-By-Step" information, you can even make a video to promote your local brick-and-mortar business, auction site store, you name it!

The only way to see why this has me so excited is to try the 14-Day Free Trial. You will see what you can do with no experience, low cost, no equipment and you will be as amazed as I was at what can be done just using the 14-Day Free Trial alone! Oh...and I have a promo code for you to kick your videos into cyberspace: a1articles (that means 25% off for you!).

This is a product I (as will you) can believe in and the Affiliate set-up is absolutely amazing! Does 50% sound okay to you for a start? It costs nothing to become an Affiliate and the tools, back office and customer service are extremely top-notch.

This is NOT MLM, which means you grow your business, earn if you want to and grow customers rather than referrals. That's the only way to go.
