Millions of people use brainwave software each year for the reasons above and for many more. I have personally been meditating for almost a year now and can honestly tell you that my meditation experience has been totally different since I've started using it.

My meditation experiences are now much deeper and I am able to visit places within myself and get to know areas of me that I never knew. I also feel a much deeper and constant sense of peace and tranquility during my meditation and for long after I finish meditating. The peace I feel travels with me throughout the day and stays with me even in times of turbulence and stress.

Since I've started to use brainwave software for meditation, I have not gone back to meditating without it!

How does Brain wave Software Work?

The most commonly used type of brain wave software are CDs and mp3s with binaural beats.

How do Binaural Beats CDs work? Simple- Sounds of 2 different frequencies are presented to the listener- one frequency to each ear. When this happens, the brain realizes the difference between the 2 frequencies. It then processes the information differently and integrates the frequencies to make a 3rd commonly called "beat" sound frequency.

Each year, more people use brainwave software as CDs with binaural beats for meditation. As a result, there has been a huge increase in reports and research done showing many benefits from the use of binaural beats to the mind and body.

Check out My Meditation Garden for more information on binaural beats, different meditation techniques and benefits you can achieve, and The Big List of Free Guided Meditations.

Occupation: Life Coach and Editor of My Meditation Garden webs
Hi There! I am a recovering lawyer who was led to meditation because of the amount of anxiety and stress in my previous career. I owned my own practice for a few years and realized that the money was nowhere near being sufficient to justify the stress and lifestyle I was living. I closed my Firm on February after much thought and meditation and am now an online publisher about meditation benefits and how to apply meditation in your daily life for professionals, business owners, parents, college students, and everyone else who lives a fast paced, stress filled life. I hope that My Meditation Garden benefits you and I look forward to hearing from you in the comments areas of the site, through email and by joining our newsletter and community on facebook!
