The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. announced that Michael J. Hayes joined the company as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Administrative Services. Mr. Hayes reports directly to Ed Carroll, Executive Vice President, Sales Promotion and Marketing. Mr. Hayes, 41, was most recently Senior Manager in the retail practice of Accenture, a management, technology and outsourcing consulting firm, where he led projects for the past six years at retail and consumer goods companies including Best Buy, JCPenney, Home Shopping Network, Sara Lee Branded Apparel, Saks and Walgreens.


Tristan Gadsby has been appointed as Distribution Director with responsibility for further developing and implementing Opodo's distribution strategies to increase conversion and enhance customer experience. Prior to joining Opodo Tristan was a Senior Manager at Accenture, the global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. During his 10 years with Accenture Tristan worked with a broad range of clients on an international basis, and over the last five years has focused on the travel and transport industry sectors, leading business transformation programmes and IT strategy work.

Broadlook Technologies, an Internet data provider, has appointed its legal counsel, Gregory Meier, as the firm's chief operations officer. Prior to joining Broadlook, Meier served as a partner with the law firm of Michael Best & Friedrich, LLP and chief executive officer of the Erma Ora Byrd Center for Education Technologies, home of the NASA-sponsored "Classroom of the Future." In addition, Meier worked as a member of Accenture's business process management, he served as board member and former president of the Wisconsin Innovation Network, and he was president of the Wisconsin Venture Network.
