So what do you really need for your baby? Well, there are some
baby must haves that I can't suggest enough to any new parent. With these items does come some additional costs, however the convenience far outweighs what they price tags.
Some of the things you really should think about when purchasing something for your new little guy or gal are sleeping items, comforting accessories, safety items and electronics and traveling items.
For instance, under the traveling class you'll need to select what type of auto seat you need. Some vehicle seats are much safer than others and some have some actually handy features. You'll also wish to consider purchasing a travel system as these can make your life far less complicated. We personally bought the Chico Cortina KeyFit 30 travel system. This is truly a baby must have in our book as it makes our lives far simpler. I love our travel system!
Another item we can't endorse enough is a pack 'n play. These are super handy when you're traveling and need a place for your baby to snooze. They break down into a tiny plastic carry case and are really transportable. Don't skimp on price here either, make sure to get a very rated one as they will be assembled and disassembled often if you do any amount of traveling.
If you're looking for some good electronics stuff, you'll need to be certain you get a baby video monitoring system. We personally have a Summer Infant video monitor system that will pan, turn and zoom in. This thing is a lifesaver at 3:30 in the morning when your small one is crying. We simply turn this puppy on and confirm our little boy is doing ok and is just having a bad dream!
