The therapy will help the individual to identify the reasons they are feeling anxious and depressed and give them techniques to deal with them. This therapy focuses mainly on reducing the attitude of mistaken belief that something bad is going to happen.

Negative self talk is a big part of anxiety and depression. Learning to think of yourself in a positive way will help to reduce symptoms.

Healthy eating habits can boost energy levels. By lowering caffeine and sugar intake, there will be a significant improvement in anxiety.

Supplements and herbal vitamins are also a good way to treat depression and anxiety naturally.
