-What to Eat -You need to eat three meals a day and two snacks. -Your meals need to be higher in Protein than Carbohydrates. -You Carbohydrates should have a low glycemic index. -For the first two weeks you MUST only eat low glycemic carbohydrates. and No bread, rice, potatoes, pasta or baked goods. -Limit Caffeine for the first two weeks. - Salads made with only real Olive Oil in the dressing. -No Alcohol of any kind for two weeks.
How Much To Eat -You must eat normal size portions of Meat, Chicken, Turkey, Fish, Shell fish.
