Also focus on total expenses according to you rental agreement. Avoid hidden amounts that may cause disputes. Are utilities separate? How much will maintenance cost? Are there any fees for services already at the premises you do not wish to have? How about your deposit, at what point during the moving process will you get it back?
When entering rental agreements you can never guarantee that all will work out according to plan but make the choice that is best for you and avoid sacrifices you should not have to make.
