No one can prevent himself/herself from aging. Some people are affected by the aging process more than others though. Men can see major changes in most areas of their life, from their ease of thinking and focusing to how good their sex drive is. Worldwide, millions of men experience andropause. This is simply a decline in testosterone levels as a male ages. Some men experience a worse case of this than others. Both men and women experience hormonal changes as they age. However, unlike menopause in women, not all men go through a noticeable case of andropause.

Testosterone levels naturally decline as man ages. Men can lose as much as 10% of their testosterone level by the time they reaches their thirties. It is common knowledge that testosterone is responsible or a man's libido level. However, many do not know that testosterone is responsible for a lot more of how a man functions than just his sex drive.

For decades, the scientific world new a man's testosterone level decreased with aging. It was not till recently, though, that they were able to develop a reliable blood test to check what a man's testosterone level is. It is important to realize that each man requires a different level of testosterone to maintain optimal health. Plus, the new blood test can not show how much of the testosterone in the blood can be used by the body. This is true because a compound called SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin) prevents testosterone from being used in the body, and increases as the body ages. There are test available in the world today that assess how much of the testosterone in the blood can be used by the body. Unfortunately, these tests are only available in a very limited number of laboratories.

There are several symptoms of andropause.

These include: sleep disturbances, low energy levels, depression, anxiety, irritability, excessive sweating, reduced sex drive or libido, other sexual problems, and/or hair loss.

Men tend to overlook most of these symptoms. It is only when they have to deal with sexual health issues, like erectile dysfunction, that men become concerned with what is happening with their health. Unfortunately most of these sexual health problems are treated with medications designed for the specific problem. The root cause of the symptom or condition are seldom looked into. The hormone replacement therapy that is available is usually only given to men with the more severe cases of sexual health problems. Thankfully, there are natural ways to increase a man's testosterone levels.

A healthy diet, regular exercise, and proper sleep patterns can begin to restore your testosterone levels a little. In addition to these, a natural supplement, Provacyl, is also available and can increase testosterone levels. The natural herbal ingredients in Provacyl work together to enhance testosterone production and to assist in a man's overall health. This supplement can help to improve everything, from a man's mental clarity to his libido levels, is available without a prescription
