Embarrassed about Your Man Boobs? Want to know how to lose them?
They bounce around a bit don't they?
That wasn't the case a few years ago was it?
All is not lost, we can do something about it. The condition is also called Gynecomastia. Bit of a frightening name but hey, thats what the docs call your Man Boobs.
So lets get straight to it.You are maybe, but not necessarily, flabby. Often its usually all about Estrogen, yep the girl hormone, hey we guys have it too, just sometimes our body makes too much, maybe not sufficient that causes the guys at work to leave flowers on your deskbut maybe enough for you to see and feel that that chestTime to take action, I hope you agree?We can fix this, lets look at some basic steps, it is a serious subject and I’ve written a website covering it, you can find the link below, there is a lot of detail on my site but here are the basics:

1) Weigh yourself and check against your average.

Are you fond of irresistible White bread, White Rice, Pasta, Booze, burgers, fries? Hmm, when the wrappers are in the trash guess where the ‘waste’ in the food is wrapping on your body? The food you eat may well be directly responsible for your Man Boobs.. Yes, our comfort foods should really be called discomfort foods because unless there are medical causes the discomfort of your bouncing man boobs is directly linked to the comfort of your poor diet.
Going ‘On a Diet’ doesn’t have to mean a crash move to Rice crackers and water. I suggest a re-phrasing to ‘Changing Your Diet Lifestyle’ This is because most diets don’t work…..What? OK I’ll say it again, Most diets don’t work….Its True.. The ‘start tomorrow, go hard for several weeks then end’ concept probably does more ‘shock’ harm to your body than good. Gradual and achievable changes are the way to go in your diet.
If the bagel for breakfast, donuts for morning break, burger/coke for lunch etc is your pattern then look at changing one part a week, come on you know what is bad for you. We both know you don't need my help with that.
3) See your Doctor to check for a possible hormone imbalance.
CHECK ANY CURRENT MEDICATIONS
1) Some medicines can affect hormones, e.G. Anti-depressants, Heart Medications, Ulcer Medications
2) Do not change any medications until meeting with with your Doctor
CHECK YOUR LIFESTYLE:
1) Some ‘recreational’ drugs such as smoking pot, Heroin etc can play havoc with your body.
2) Booze can play a part
3) Body building steroids can be a catastrophe for your man boobs once you stop the muscle workouts
4) This shouldn’t be fourth but I thought it best to break this to you gently…regular exercise will help enormously. Don’t hurry into bench pressing or other muscle building techniques, they may well harden up the boobs but guess what happens if you dump the exercise, you now have extra muscle to turn to fat. If you’re not a body builder now then don’t start if your main objective is to lose the boobs. Lose them first then go down the body building track if that is what you want.
So it’s not a simple fix. Those boobs took you a while to grow so lets be frank with each other they’re going to take a bit of time to fix.
