WHAT IS SNORING?
As we sleep, unstable flow of air through the air passage ways makes the tissues of the throat and the nose to move and vibrate which creates the snoring sounds They may not always be aware of it, or they rather ignore it as an issue to them. It can be true but it does not mean it is totally true Snoring can be normal to most men and women alike



TYPES OF SNORING
When someone snores on his sleep and was moved around different sleeping positions and his snoring remains, it is most likely that it is on a serious note already. Snoring while mouth is open shows a problem with the throat; this opposite the last one is a type of snoring that commonly happens when you haven't had much sleep for a few nights and finally gets to have a good one. It could be that the back of the tongue is blocking some parts of the passage ways and causes the sound that produces the snoring. Snoring while sleeping any time of the day; this state however maybe a little more in question since the snores occur in any time of the day or night the moment you doze off


MOST COMMON KNOWN CAUSES OF SNORING

It is hereditary. A person who smokes takes in the smoke into his lungs passing through the air pathways. Because of these illnesses, a person's air intake becomes less. The air that is inhaled and exhaled rapidly blocks the pathways which lets the throat's tissues vibrates and causes the snoring sound. This is because the genes of the parents are passed on to be the genes of the child. This is scientifically proven to be true. Because second hand smoke is just as harmful as first hand smoke


CONTROLLED AND UNCONTROLLED FACTORS OF SNORING
One of the basic factors that contributes and triggers snoring is the inflammation of the airways


ON FOOD
To avoid those that triggers is a big step to do. Dairy products can be a cause too. Only you can control what you put inside your body. These allergic states may soon turn into throat inflammation and cause the swelling of the air tracks. Try to eat in balance when it comes with wheat



TIPS ON HOW TO MAINTAIN WEIGHT AND EATING HABITS TO AVOID SNORING
This is because when you are watching TV, you tend to eat more because you are focused more on the show that the food you are eating. Try to nibble your food on a slower pace than your usual eating speed. Eating slowly can help you lessen the food you intake. If it is possible, stay away from food temptations all the time. If you think your self discipline when it comes to food is very lean and that you are likely to be tempted to buy and eat, maybe it is about time for you to go walk on the other side and stay that way. By using smaller bowls and plates can help to let your self eat lesser than what you normally consume in one meal time


WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE SNORING SEVERE?
It may or may not totally cure you of it, but it is sure that it will lessen a bit. This will help your air pathways to open and lets the air pass through with no restrictions. Losing weight can help your body to feel lighter. Before lying on your bed, place an additional pillow to elevate the upper part of your body when you sleep. Be alert and watchful, because if you are, you can actually help cure yourself of snoring in no time at all!
