In order to get clean and fit there are some very simple nutrition tips that many people don't do in their lives and fail to get results:

* Eat like your ancestors. Make your meals as much as possible organic. The less the food is processed the greater benefit for you. Raw veggies, steamed potatoes, roasted chicken, plain water are a lot, lot more good than some salamis, fried onions, pizza and soda.

* Eat protein at every meal — get that metabolism going as following this. You will lose fat and give your muscle constant support.

* Eat often – at least 3 times, aim for 5. Always eat breakfast and have a healthy snack (fruits for example) during the whole day before meals. Eating only when you are starving will slow your metabolism.


* No soda, no juices (yes that one in the box). Those things contain so much sugar you will be amazed when you read the label, also they contain a lot of artificial ingredients.

* Add healthy fat to your meals! It will make you leaner — focus on the unsaturated kind found in most cooking oils – especially that virgin olive oil. Pour it into your protein shakes or uses it on salads — dietary fat raises your muscle-building testosterone and helps you burn body fat. Just don't be carried away with bad fats.

Following those tips will help your body focus on the right aim rather than wasting energy on the junk in your body.

Many people eat junk food and expect to get lean and gain muscle by simple exercises. It does not work like that. You need to have good nutrition with good program and rest routines to get close that aim.

The less your body is wasting time on cleaning you from the trash you might have, the more time it will have to build itself. It is simple as that.

Imagine it as a machine which will work for you all the time. But if you bother it with other things it is not designed to do – it will work slower and slower and non efficient.

By eating healthy and nutrient rich your machine will work with you, not against you and you will burn that fat or gain that muscle you are aiming for.

Eating healthy is investing in the future. At first it might not be that easy to follow but after you get used to it, your whole body will reward you. Help it in order to help yourself!
