Have you been out recently? Even with the economy in recession, the malls are full of people and products of luxury are there for the taking. Are you taking advantage of them?
If not, why? Money, right? It's true, while it seems that other people still have money (when you're at the mall at least), the reality is that you still don't. You could hammer away at work trying to get another three percent raise, but even that's a lot harder than it used to be.
Even if you did work to get a few percent pay increase, is that really going to be enough to change your life overnight? Is that really going to allow you to live the quality of life you and your family deserve? I don't think so.
While getting a raise is not a solution for the short term, perhaps you could get a second job. The income effect of a part time job would normally be much higher than a simple raise. However, doing so will require a lot more time away from your family. If you make a ton of money, but have no time to enjoy it, what's the point? Worse yet, if you become a stranger to your family in the process, have you possibly just made things worse?
So, getting a raise is not a good option. Getting a part time job is not a good option. Is there a third option? Yes. You can make more money and still minimize time from your family.
Doing this will require you to work for yourself. If you are the type of person that needs a boss in your life, you're probably in a world of hurt. If, however, changing your life for you and your family is important enough to stay motivated, you're in good shape.
The first thing you need to do is decide how much you are willing to work and when you are willing to work. I would advise about two hours per day. Any less and you may have trouble getting off the ground. However, any more and you may take too much time from your family.
Once you know how much you will work, begin deciding what type of company you want to partner with. It's normally not a good idea to go 100% on your own because that will require much more time to get started and cost a lot of money that you may not have. Partnering with an existing company will allow someone else to do the beginning leg work for you for pennies on the dollar.
While many companies are out there, you should be very cautious about joining one that does not have a sales system with training, websites, marketing videos and tools, and the ability to put your sales presentations on auto pilot.
Once you find a company with those qualities, you can spend most of your time marketing your websites because the sales process will be done by the websites and not by you. This also means that if the time you have to work your business is almost all after midnight, you can still have just as much success. What other opportunity will provide you with that advantage?
At first, you won't make tons and tons of money. However, an extra $500 per month does seem to help most people. However, after several month go by, you income will start to increase at a rather rapid rate. Within a reasonable amount of time, you will find that your life has changed for the better.
