Around the world, millions of people suffer from the disease named diabetes. Several encounter death because of this disease. Our body requires insulin to process food items, sugar and starch into energy. But the moment our body fails to use insulin, diabetes results. Thus, the sugar content becomes higher in a diabetic patient's body.

Some believe that the disease occur because of hereditary problems and are convoyed by having too much sugar and sugar content materials. Some of the symptoms of this disease that are experienced are unusual weight loss and small things will irritate you. Increased craving, increased thirst and blurred vision are also some indication of it.

Diabetes can be of different types like insulin dependent diabetes. This results when pancreas fails to produce insulin. It is very uncommon. There can be insulin independent diabetes too. The deficiency of insulin in the blood is mainly the reason behind this. The last one is gestational diabetes that occurs during pregnancy and again disappears after delivery. Thus the new borns are in danger.


Diabetes can result in multiple organ failure. Your kidneys can get damaged and you can also loose vision. Sometimes critical heart diseases come into existence. To make yourself healthy you should be very careful.

You should increase physical exercises and should start fast walking as this will allow reducing the weight and increasing hearts functionality. Taking alcohols is strictly prohibited. You should have a food chart. Eat vegetables and the food that are rich in fibres. You should check the diabetes level once in a month.
