Marathon training is hard, nobody can argue with that but meditation will make it flow so much better, less struggle and more fun. Although goals are an essential part of your training, you don�t really need to be thinking about every aspect of it while you�re actually running do you? At that moment in time you're running, that's the only thing that needs to exist for you right at that point.

It may seem odd at first, but you should see meditation will really help your marathon training. Get the edge that only the pros know about and really start enjoying your time training and racing.
