What is the number one cause of sickness? Germs of course. Bacteria, viruses, you name it. But what else can cause health issues? Buildups of toxins and other undesirable elements in blood is a major one. In America at least for sure, most of the food you eat is covered at some point in chemicals. Most of it is even frequently done over and over again. Take pesticides for an example. Poison is poison folks, if it kills bugs it can't really be good for your body. And yes you can wash fruits and vegetables, but there will still be traces that can build up over time.

What can I do about this, you ask? Well, below are some fairly easy to acquire herbs that can help with general health through blood purification and the like. Essentially, you can just go to any herb supply store and pick up any one of these. Then simply brew it into a tea and drink a couple of times a day for a couple days every few months. You'll notice an immediate and pronounced difference in the way you feel.

I can not stress enough that while these things can be very helpful for overall health and wellness, they are not in any way meant to replace the level of care or speciality of a physician. If health issues persist, seek professional medical help at your earliest possible convenience.

Dandelion. Always thought it was just a weed in the front yard didn't you? I certainly did, but not only is it good for blood purification but also for age spots, anemia and as diuretic.

Red Clover. This is my personal choice in a blood purifier. It even tastes pretty good with a touch of honey. In addition to being good for your blood stream, heart, etc. red clover is also good for cancers and tumors and skin problems.

Rose Hips. Didn't know roses had hips? It's an herb that's sometimes a little harder to find than the other two. However, it's great for vitamin C as well as the blood, and is also useful for helping the body fight infections in general.

Additionally, you can take cayenne pepper. You can purchase pill "shells" basically, an bag of empty pill capsules. Fill them with the cayenne pepper, and take as you would any other supplement. One note of warning, however. Cayenne WILL tear your stomach apart to the point where you can be on the ground clutching it and moaning if you don't take a proper amount of water with it. I recommend at least 2 full glasses any time this is used. It does, however, clear you out rather well.

I highly recommend using at least one of these items if you've been experiencing a lot of sickness or general drained feeling lately. Sometimes it's just an issue of too much built up junk floating around in your system. Sure your body can handle some of it, but it never hurts to get a booster shot!

A really great health and wellness site I found.
