Recently, I have been earnestly working to dig up any additional suggestions for getting lower gas consumption and I dug up a bonus. The tips that basically work to enhance gas mileage also save you on unnecessary auto repairs brought on by bad driving habits.
If you are not paying lots of dollars each year to maintain your car under fender to fender guaranty or you've got a masochistic streak which aberratedly enjoys dragging your dysfunctional car for repairs and being held up without a gun with additional car repairs and having your automobile sit for days at the mechanic while you are taking public transportation and stress about it like a new daddy-to-be in a surgery waiting room then possibly care to listen up these solutions. Saving cash on gasoline and on car repairs are cousins.
Consider what better things you could do with the bucks that you are wasting on extra work needing to be done on your automobile.
Most car owners are delighted, first, because,, miles per gallon increases entirely once hydrogen hybrid system is installed. That equates to 7 more horsepower and 27.33 more foot pounds of torque.
The benefit on a tested Ford F250 was over a one third decrease in nitrous emissions and carbon emission went down to zero, and this Ford's "before" results were considered passable. This is a great solution for environmentalists and all of the rest of us.
With all the benefits of improved gas mileage, more power and torque and less toxic emissions which will lead to a reduction of dependence upon imported fossil fuels it is obvious that what How2SaveFuel.Com is doing will become the normal power configuration for the generations to come to save fuel.
Back in June I took my 2000 Chevy Cavalier up to Bakersfield from LA and it labored heavily to get up some of the inclines on the five Freeway. It wouldn't go quicker than 75-80 even while I floored the accelerator!
A week ago I took the car from LA 1/2 way across the country to Austin. While a lot of the terrain is desert there are definitely some steep inclines and some long steady ones. I most likely could have gotten up over 100 miles per hour on the inclines if I was so'inclined'. My m.p.g improvement was sabotaged by my driving in the 80 miles per hour range.
but , still there was some improvement.
But what I'm seeing now, while driving around Austin, the fuel gage showing comparable readingsand even showing improved fuel economy than when I was on the freeway!
On the trip I got up as high as thirty MPG on the freeway.
But now, driving in town in the 35-60 miles per hour I appear to be getting better mileage than i did on the trip out here. So it appears that I'm getting about 30 miles per gallon and perhaps better.
So it should translate into an improvement of at least 30 percent if not fifty percent once I work it out out. So all guarantees of what the system will do for my automobile have been delivered on and even excelled.
