1. Restrict yourself. To some, this seems like the strangest or most counterintuitive of all wealth secrets. After all, won't restrictions just narrow your income--as well as everything else about your life?
Not necessarily. In fact, consciously restricting yourself to those tasks and activities you are best at and love the most, gives you more freedom to soar.
I'm not just talking about having freedom from the things you don't enjoy. What I'm talking about here is the freedom to really excel in your field. You're a lot more likely to excel if you can focus only on the things that you are really good at, instead of all the things that you are not, or that you hate doing (and therefore will likely procrastinate on)--wouldn't you agree?
How can you do this when you have a lot on your plate? Outsourcing is one option. The very thought of this makes many of us who want to achieve the most in our lives, go into a cringe. Whether because we don't want to spend the money or whether we don't want to give up the control, outsourcing can be a hard step to take.
Yet this is often an essential step if we want to make the most of our own time. The outsourcing you pay for will eventually pay for itself (sometimes in very short order) as you spend your newfound extra time more productively.
As for lack of control, that's just something many of us have had to learn to relax on--at least in certain areas. You can still have full control over doing the things that you love. 2. Learn to focus on a vision of your future. You don't have to believe in the Law of Attraction in order to focus on this most important of wealth secrets (although it certainly helps). This wealth secret will fuel your success whether you understand attraction, or simply wish to take it no further than the power of positive thinking.
Focusing on a vision of your future will give you a "target" to hit. How likely do you think you are to hit a target that you can't clearly see? Not very. So establish a clear vision of your future, and meditate on it briefly every day before work.
It's best if you have a clear vision. You don't have to imagine the entire scenario of your future. But you'll do yourself a favor if you focus on a few concrete things in your vision, even simple things like what you wear or what the weather is like around you.
Make sure you keep this most important of wealth secrets up to date by re-examining it every few months--every year at the least. We often must correct our visions depending on what we make happen in our lives. Follow these two wealth secrets and you're likely to only need to re-adjust for more success than you expected!
