What steps can you take for your custom brochures for new applicants to come dancing in and take classes? Of course you have to cover the basics, but like every dance form, you have to execute it with style.

Design and Print Brochures for Your Dance Studio

• Describe what dances you teach. Make your brochures newbie-friendly; don’t assume your reader knows what all the dances you offer are like. Short descriptions of some unique dance steps are fine. If you can, also mention if applicants have to be fit at some level, or have to be experienced in other kinds of dance to learn specific dances.

• Mention what facilities/equipment you have available. Say if you rent shoes, mats, or lockers, or if shower rooms or parking spaces are available. Give your reader an accurate idea of what she can expect if she enrolls at your dance studio. You can also go into some detail about instructors, schedules, and promos.


• Consider printing different brochures for different dance programs. This will give you more space to elaborate on what interested applicants need to know about these programs. For example, if you have five unique dance programs, just make a custom brochure printing template for all five, and then change the colors and the content according to what’s necessary.

• Include a registration form! It will make the first step easier for you and your interested applicants than if you just left them a contact number to talk to your receptionist.
