is drink the proper amount of Water Every Day. This is huge.

and hours, I would either drink soda, coffee drinks or nothing at
all.
Studies show that adults should drink between 10 and 14 – 8oz.
glasses of water every day. The best formula is a half an ounce for
every pound of body weight. So if you’re 180 Lbs. that would be
11 – 8oz. glasses of water every day.
Drink more water every day if you are active or in dry or extreme
temperature climates.
Disperse your drinking throughout the day don’t binge before meals
Just keep a simple water bottle next to you, on your desk or near
where you work.
Drink water before and during your meals.
Let’s think about your hair follicle as a seed in the ground.
That seed in the ground needs water. But don’t flood your body by
drinking a liter at a time – take it easy, make it natural. Reach
for water instead of the other sugar beverages out there, and I
promise you’ll be seeing amazing changes in your physical self.
