So where in my house can I find these items?
Your really only going to need a few things, all of which are very common around all households. The items you will need to find are: baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, a bowl and a toothbrush.
Use these items to easily create your own cheap tooth whitening paste. The procedure is very straight forward and easy to do.
First, you are going to make a paste using two teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide and two teaspoons of baking soda. Put the two ingredients into a bowl and mix them together. This stuff should be pasty and somewhat clumpy. You need it to have some consistency. You do not want it to be watery. I like to mix in a little toothpaste. This really helps the taste out. Trust me it doesn't taste that great.
So, can you figure out what you're going to do with the paste?
You now take the mixture, put it on a toothbrush and brush it onto your teeth. Do not swallow the paste! You have just made your own cheap tooth whitening toothpaste.
After you brush with this paste you might want to brush again...with regular toothpaste. I like to do this because the taste of the paste is so bitter; I really find it to be unpleasant.
