Why is it necessary to encourage a mlm power matrix to join a forming multi level marketing business? I guess we could just say that this is the magic of MLM at work but corporations that start these businesses have totally separate reasons for wanting these star performers in the organization. Put simply these power networkers have a solid reputation of joining winning programs and over the years they have built up massive networks, often in excess of 100,000 subscribers. Without the support of professionals like this it is very difficult to succeed with multi level marketing.

The next question is: “How do the MLM’s attract top line professionals to become part of their launch?”

Obviously when you have such a large following you are in a position to make strong demands before lending your name to their launch and one of the things you demand is a position in the overall matrix that is so high that it’s almost impossible to lose money.

So what happened to the matrix that the launching corporation has advertised; the one that shows the corporation at the top and two people on the second line, four on the third etc? The truth is it doesn’t happen that way. If you attract ten top professionals into your program before it is launched then you must start 10 matrixes because each of these high flyers will only participate if they are at the top of their own matrix. In turn each of these high flyers has a number of lower flyers that they need to bring into their matrix because they need them to use their mailing lists to attract even more subscribers. These lower flyers also demand a high position in the matrix like level 2 or 3. This guarantees that they will make money too.

The astute reader will realize by now that by the time the foot soldiers are invited to join the highest level available is level 4 or 5. This should not discourage you from joining because if you join a power matrix you will receive overflow that will enable you to build your own email list providing the people actually make money. All of the high flyers jealously guard their reputations and will never take part in a program that they feel will not be beneficial to their mailing list too. This is because people are on their mailing list because they want to make income online for their work from home business, if they recommend a program and their subscribers fail to make money they will leave the list. This is the magic of MLM - everybody is focused on making money for other people because that is the long term passport for success.

This leads to the final question of this article which concerns how safe are the high flyers? The high flyer is under greater pressure than most people realize and often they are responsible for negotiating a better deal for their subscribers from the owners of the mlm program. Because their mailing list is the cornerstone of their long term business and to jeopardize their reputation by inviting people to join a program that fails to make money is the death knell of their mailing list.

Nobody has a crystal ball that can foretell the future and it is inevitable that from time to time high flyers pick a program that fails to live up to what the owners promised. When this happens a reputable high flyer will mail his list and inform them this project is not working and advise them to withdraw from it.
