Did you know that your diet plays a big role in how fast you age? We have all heard time and time again how a lot of drinking and smoking create premature ageing. There is not much attention given to diet having to do with ageing. A healthy diet provides the nutrients that will produce healthy new cells and repair the damaged ones.

In just what way will my diet stop my premature ageing?

The largest organ in the body is your skin. The proper nutrients plus hydration will significantly affect the elasticity or the skin.

Here are some healthy tips to improve healthy skin.
1) Increase your vitamin C intake. Vitamin C is also good for your skin besides the immune system; therefore it should be a part of your healthy diet. A critical importance for wound repair is vitamin C.The following foods are high in Vitamin C, oranges, and tomatoes.

2) Vitamin A. This is an extremely powerful vitamin in reversing aging. Vitamin A is found in spinach, sweet potatoes, and apricots among other foods.
3) Vitamin D. This vitamin is naturally converted to vitamin D by your skin. It is also found in these foods, which are oranges and milk.
4) Vitamin E. Best thing you can do is eat avocados for vitamin E.The truth is that avocados have more then 20 powerful nutrients.
5) Water. Drink at least eight classes of water a day never forget the water. By keeping hydrated it will keep the elasticity in your skin making it supple.

Here are some healthy tips to prevent anti aging.
1) Sleep.Always get plenty of sleep. The reason that sleep is so important is that while sleeping the skin has a chance to rest and to rebuild.

2) Sun. Always avoid the sun because too much sun will damage the skin. Try to get small amount of sun as it draws the moisture out of the skin.

Keep in mind that genetics do have a big role in ageing. Nonetheless, diet and a healthy lifestyle do play an even bigger role. No one can control their chronological age yet we can control our biological clock. We have seen times when we looked at mom and daughter and are not able to tell which is which.

Please take care of yourself with healthy living, stay on a healthy diet, exercise, do not smoke or drink and make sure you take all the nutrients mentioned above.
