Basically this means doing some training wih weights and cardio training. If you think that stomach exercises will burn the fat off your midsection, then you have been misinformed. They won't.
Your stomach muscles will strengthen but you will not burn much fat. You will need to get rid of the calories which are the cause behind the fat on your stomach. So your focus needs to be on burning calories by sing the most effective exercises.
Doing what you need to do on a regular basis will probably be your biggest challenge. If you can do this, then getting rid of tummy fat is something that cannot fail to happen.
