You can increase the intake of dairy products such as cheese but be careful as fat intake can increase cholesterol levels.

People who have embraced vegetarianism have many diverse options that non-vegetarians are unaware of.

The variation to your vegetarian diet will help you to fulfill nutritional requirements and make your food more enjoyable.
