Being a single mom is tough, but struggling financially makes it even harder! You can complete your education and get a better job with better pay. How can you do this? Scholarships!

Scholarships are available for single moms all the time! You just need to apply for as many as you possibly can and don't give up until you get one or more!

There are rarely rules that prevent you from obtaining more than one scholarship at a time. Let's say you get one for $10,000 and then you register and get another for $20,000, you then have enough money to pay your tuition, books, and any other expenses related to continuing your education. In some cases you can even use part of the money to help with family expenses!

Many moms are opting to continue their education online. This allows them the freedom to earn their degree from the comfort of their living rooms! Going back to school online also gives you the flexibility to attend classes on your schedule, perhaps first thing in the morning, or maybe after the kids are in bed at night. Whatever works for your schedule! The majority of scholarships available to single moms will pay for an online education as well!

Be aware that there are different types of scholarships. There are the lottery types, where you register and they pick a winner and there are the qualifying types. In the qualifying Scholarships, you apply and you get the chance to write about yourself. Tell them why you want the money, why you would be the best candidate for the money and how you would put your education to great use!

Basically your time to shine!

3 Tips for Moms

1. Make sure you apply for every scholarship you can find! The more you apply the better your chances of having enough money to get your degree!

2. Take your time! Fill out the applications or registration forms accurately! The scholarships that allow you to give more detail especially! This type allows you to really stand out and prove your worth!

3. Don't Give Up! If you don't get the first scholarship you apply for, don't stop there! Keep applying and registering! Before you know it, you will have enough money to complete your education!

I know how hard it is to go back to school so I did some research for you.
