I can definitely state without any hesitation that Scholarships for working moms contributed to the greatest change in my life in so many wonderful ways. I have always been a productive and dedicated employee who was always willing to give more than a strictly eight hours only effort. My bosses always knew that I was a "go to" worker who could be depended on to provide quality services on a consistent basis. I was concerned that the jobs I had were limited in scope and were often "dead end" with little opportunity for more. I did not have any formal education beyond high schools so I did not have the needed skills or knowledge to advance.

I married at a young age and soon had a family with three children. We did not have the money or time that was required for me to go college. My husband had a good paying job and I was content to devote the early years of my marriage to creating a happy home life for my family. I always held a part-time job in order to help provide for some of the extras that my husband's paychecks could not stretch to cover. Things took a dramatic turn, and for the worse, when my husband lost his job. His company shipped jobs overseas and closed down the local facility. Luckily for us, my employer agreed to change my work hours from part-time to full-time.

Although we struggled financially we had some money coming in. I was appreciative and to show my gratitude I strived even harder to give my best efforts. The work was steady and reliable but but something was missing. My job was not challenging. It was often dull and repetitive and it did not require much thought. Although I was happy to be employed I often felt down and blue. Scholarships for working Moms helped me get into a profession that allowed me to fulfill my potential. I no longer spent my days feeling unchallenged and frustrated about a lackluster and boring work experience.

Back in the day when I was a young student I was diligent and focused. I was an "all A" student even through high school. It was always my intention to go college and perhaps even obtain a master's degree. My plans changed abruptly when I met my future husband. As blessed as I was to have a loving, supportive relationship and three beautiful children, I always felt that my intellect and spirit needed more. Scholarships for working Moms helped me return to school and realize my dream of higher education. I now have a degree and so much more. I have a wonderful job with great benefits and good money. I have more responsibilities and I am a valued member of the organization. Instead of performing boring tasks all day I make key decisions and now find my job rewarding. Everyday I have opportunities to demonstrate my abilities and to make important contributions. You can too. My #1 resource for scholarships for single moms
