Homeowners all over America are wondering how President Obama's home stimulus package can help them. You can find the words everywhere on the news and the web, but no one actually breaks down what it is and how it can help you. Will it stop the foreclosure epidemic? More importantly, will it stop your foreclosure? The answer to both questions is a resounding YES! Obama's home stimulus package can stop your foreclosure and has already saved hundreds of thousands of homes from foreclosure. Part of Obama's home stimulus package includes new mortgage modification loan plans. These plans are available to every homeowner that is either currently or about to be delinquent on their mortgage payments. Even if you were turned down by your lender previously, you too can apply again under the new government plans. At first these loans were only available to those using Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, but it has expanded to include FHA mortgages as well. Lenders now have a monetary incentive to modify your mortgage thanks to the $75 billion dollars allocated by the Treasury Department. The lenders are actually being paid to help save your home! This is a totally new way of using government money. Instead of bailing out the banks as was the case recently, the government finally understands that it is the homeowners that need their help not the banks! Modifying your mortgage will keep you in your home, provide security for your future and help stop the current housing crisis. You still must qualify and be approved before obtaining a modified mortgage. Here are some of the requirements that you must meet to qualify: • Mortgage must be on your primary residence • Mortgage must have been originated prior to January 2009 • Mortgage total must be under $729,000 • Mortgage monthly payment (including taxes and insurance) must equal or be more than 31% of your gross monthly income. • You must prove a financial hardship If you fit the above criteria, your home could be saved under the Obama home stimulus package. You will need to contact your lender to get all of the requirements and an application packet. When you do, remember do not share any financial information during this first contact. Any financial information given to the lender cannot be changed later! So keep this first contact limited to obtaining information from the lender, not giving it!

I have done a bit of research for you. These loan modification experts can help you. You can find out if you would qualify for a modification loan for free! Don't wait; your home could depend upon it! Take the first steps to saving your home today! You will be thankful tomorrow!
