The prices on the leashes vary from brand to brand, but they are inexpensive, especially for being a safety device. You can buy a snowboard leash for as little as $4, but as with anything else, depending upon the brand that you buy, they can become more expensive.
With the leash in mind, don’t forget to buy a leash lock. These too are fairly inexpensive and can range from around $10 all the way up to approximately $30. These leash locks can help to secure your snowboard to anything if you happen to have to leave it for a while, like when you go to the bar or the restroom. They are basically the same concept of a bicycle lock. They are usually made of a coiled steel cable and a combination lock.
